" Our African women need all the help they can get because they are the core of the family, society and without them everything would collapse" This was the reaction I got from two Zambian men I met at a Hotel I stayed at in Dar es salaam in July.

If we all realised that and appreciated it, there would be less poverty and suffering around.

For some of us that are lucky to be blessed with what we have should always be greatfuland try to help those who are not as luck as us by giving something back to the human race as we are part of it.
